About Prairie Isle Golf Club

Prairie Isle Golf Club, a "Smoke-Free" facility, built through and around an abandoned gravel pit in 1993, wastes none of the dramatic land shapes produced by the mining operation that predated it. At the same time, however, the course wanders over 135 acres that also include mature woodlands, wetlands and meadows. There is a little bit of everything here, and then some. Prairie Isle’s design includes an unequaled blend of varied and assorted course features which combine to provide a challenging, yet fair golfing experience for players of all skill levels. The variety of yardages, angles of play and layout of holes present significant flexibility to encourage the golfer with an abundance of shot-making situations. The visual presentation of the course, together with its fairness, gives all players a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
